Tasting Tips
Costamolino is straw yellow in color with green highlights and an intense yet delicate bouquet that displays distinct varietal characteristics. Supple aromas of citrus, pineapple, tropical fruits and honey are wonderfully supported by a zesty acidity. Delicate and pleasantly refreshing on the palate.
Winery
The Argiolas family have five holdings, almost 250 hectares, witha vocation dating back to Nuraghic civilisation. The first is at Serdiana, near the Argiolas Winery, not far from the Romanesque church of Santa Maria di Sibiola, built in the first half of the 12th century by the Victorine monks and which under the Benedictines became a thriving farming centre.
