Winery
Boireann is a small winery on the Granite Belt – Queensland’s Premier Wine Region, and is dedicated to producing quality red wines. The vineyard is planted on fine granitic sands at an altitude of 875m. Cool nights during the growing season delay ripening, allowing intense flavours to develop. The vineyard is given hands on care throughout the year and the wine is made in the traditional manner, using open fermentations, basket pressing and barrel ageing before being bottled on site.
