Winery
The Chalkers Crossing vineyard and winery are in Young in the Hilltops Region of New South Wales, about 150 km north-west of Canberra and 200 km south-west of Sydney. They planted our first vines in late-1997 and made their first wines in March 2000. As always, there were Chalkers Crossing wines knocking on every door, including some beautiful prior vintages. Sommeliers take note; this is a serious producer. James Halliday’s 2005 Top 100 The Weekend Australian, 19th November 2005
