Tasting Tips
This is a fresh and reasonably frisky young white of immediate appeal. It tastes of peach and pear and and ofers a soft-but-substantial hit of flavour, before then sliding away through the finish. There’s probably a touch of sweetness here - all I know for sure is that it slips down very nicely. Serve it very well chilled
