In the mouth it is intense and powerful, with notes of fruit and wood perfectly blended. Voluptuous, wide and glyceric with a very persistent and pleasant ending

This characteristic Priorat red wine is made from 5 to 30 year old vineyards of Grenache, Carignan and Cabernet Sauvignon. Produced in the domain "el Mas dels Frares". Created by the Carthusian Order in the XIII century, the territory of el Mas dels Frares is delimted by Fites (conic columns of rough hewn stone). Historically known as La Perla Del Priorat, the property currently belongs to the Family of Count Pirenne who has revived the tradition and prestige of the past.
