Winery
Pierre and Monique Luneau-Papin are proprietors of the Pierre de la Grange, a 30-hectare estate in Muscadet country. Pierre and Monique are the 8th generation of their family to make wine here. From this large-ish chunk of land the family vinify a range of different Muscadets to highlight the variance in soil types present in their homeland. Micaschist, granite and gneiss are common components of the geology in this land where the Loire River empties into the Atlantic Ocean
