Tasting Tips
Colour is medium straw with a fresh green gold hue. Nose has nuances of citrus blossom and sour dough yeast emanate from aged premium Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The palate has great elegance of structure and ye texpresses richness and complexity. Citrus and whitestone fruit flavours prevail and the wine exhibits a creamy texture and fine natural acid persistence.

Sir James Hardy OBE, great grandson of Thomas Hardy, the founder of Hardy Wines, was awarded his OBE in 1975 for his lifetime dedication to the community and the sport of sailing. His crest, which adorns every bottle of Sir James, is symbolic of this great man’s commitment to fine craftsmanship as well as his integrity and charm. This champion Australian sparkling has won countless awards and was given the honour of being of the Sparklings of 2009 in Winestate Magazine
