Tasting Tips
The wine is vibrant and youthful but very approachable with lifted red fruits of raspberry and mulberry on the nose and soft plums, cloves and vanilla on the entry palate. The fleshy middle and end palate gives more succulent mulberry and sweet red fruits with dusty tannins.
The style is softer with cellaring for the medium term and earlier drinking in mind. Balanced and fully approachable on release it will hold for 5 � 8 years.
Winery
The winemaking uses warmer ferments in traditional open fermenters with hand �piage??? 4 times each day to soften the palae, and the use of older barels to impart less oak dominance.
