Made with gentle winemaking techniques including the use of open fermenters and basket pressing. The wine, which was aged for 16 months in 1 - 2 year old French and American oak hogsheads, has a soft nose that develops into an underlying richness with hints of mocha. The palate says it all; big but subtle fruit fills the palate.
