Murdoch-Hill-Cronberry-Shiraz---Adelaide-Hills
Murdoch Hill Cronberry Shiraz - Adelaide Hills
Food Paring
T Bone steak with creamy mustard sauce
Tasting Tips
Deep red in colour. A touch of lavender lift and vanilla from the oak maturation adds complexity to the spicy lift of ripe cool climate Shiraz. The palate is full of spicy flavours with good length and concentration finishing with clean ripe tannins. Consistent with the new style emerging from the Adelaide Hills.
