This wine is a pleasure for the eyes. it has a wonderful salmon dress, a necklace of fine bubbles and a wonderful effervescence that whips the 24 carat gold flakes into a frenzied delight. The gold flakes have no taste and cannot be felt in the mouth. The Cremant is wonderfully fresh and yet delicate enough to invoke memories of fine Pinot Noir. It finishes with a soft, fruity touch.
