The grapes were hand picked at optimum ripeness (13 Be) and transferred quickly to the winery where they were crushed, gently pressed and the juice cold settled. The fermentation took place in stainless steel at low temperature to ensure saving fruit flavours. The wine shows lovely citrus and stonefruit character with a crisp finish.
