Very bright and ruby red. A complex and complete nose, very aromatic with aromas of red currents, plum skin, sour cherry, pomegranite, mace, green pepperand subtle notes of suede, coffee and ulong tea. Medium to full bodied fresh dry palatewith intense red fruit, dried herbs, spice flavours. Layered and lingering with a firm tight structure. Drink now or over the next 7 - 10 years.

Our focus is on making regional wines from the traditional Mediterranean grape varieties that have been grown successfully in Australia for over 150 years - Shiraz, Mataro, Grenache, Cinsault, Carignan, Ugni Blanc, Grenache Gris, Marsanne and Semillon."
