Even though the wonderful aromatic charge of the wine demands a combination with dishes as much aromatic but not so excessively structured as tagliatelle with pore mushrooms and Aubergine Parmesan, you can get the best result by combining lacrima red wine with stewed fish. The match with the "bomboletti" (sea snails) with wild fennel with a good adding of red pepper is really interesting

Colour - Intense ruby red with violet reflections. Nose - Uniquely rich organoleptic characteristics, intense, pleasantly fruity (strawberry, marasca cherry) and flowery (violet, rosebuds). Palate - Soft, lightly tannic, hints of almond perfectly complementing its bouquet
