Let us give you an example. A large boys' school of 1300 pupils recently commissioned special bottlings of both a quality Coonawarra Shiraz and a Clare Valley Riesling. These cleanskin (no label) wines, sourced at about half the retail price of their labelled equivalents, were then "branded" with personalised labels featuring the school's logo, a description of the wine and its vintage.
The school's fundraising committee encouraged parents to purchase just one case of wine for the year. Their aim was to take a profit of $50 per case of wine (a margin of about $4 per bottle). Orders were taken and monies processed, the final result being that more than 1000 cases of wine were purchased and distributed (some families bought as many as 10-12 cartons).
The outcome was that more than $50,000 was raised for the school - an unprecedented result for a single fundraising initiative.

Wine Experience aims to make your fundraising initiative both fun and successful. Here is a simple step-by-step guide to the process:
- Choose your wines. If you live in southeast Queensland, make a time for a private tasting at our Rosalie headquarters. Our friendly staff can help you make the perfect choices for your fundraising needs. For interstate organisations, we are happy to guide your selections over the phone or via our website.
- Customise your label design. For a minimal fee per case, we can incorporate your logo, letterhead, drawing or any other item or text you'd like. We have a variety of label templates that may appeal, or we can design something completely original on your behalf.
- Confirm dates - both for obtaining orders and for delivery. Based on this information, we will send you your order forms.
- Distribute order forms, publicise your terrific opportunity, and wait for the interest to roll in! Wine Experience will happily assist you at every stage of the publicity process.
- Collect the order forms. Check payment options and other details.
- Return all order forms and other information to Wine Experience.
- Allow us two weeks to process cheques and credit cards, and to prepare all your customers' orders. No additional outlay is required from your charitable organisation, nor are there any hidden charges
- Wine Experience will organise delivery of all wine orders. We will also supply you with an order spreadsheet and a profit summary for your records
We send you a cheque for the amount raised.
